The following are the processes associated with shipping and delivering your product to you. We'll be glad to answer any questions you have.

Please take the time to read your manufacturer specific "return policy" and our "cancellation policy" below 

* Our No Tax offer only applies to deliveries to USA addresses except CA, FL, IL, MA, ME, NC, NJ, PA and WA as we are required to collected taxes in these states. 

* We do need to charge a shipping fee for shipments into Canada, due to supplier requirements.

    All other Countries will require applicable sales taxes and fees charged by those countries.

    * Free Shipping Guarantee:

    1. From time to time TheAirPurifierStore.com offers free shipping. When we do, the free shipping applies to lower 48 US States only unless otherwise noted. 
    2. Austin Air Orders : Free shipping does not apply when shipping to Canada.
    3. Free Shipping only applies to orders over $125 (after discount is applied)
    4. Free Shipping only applies to delivery locations accessible by economy ground transport. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states will have special shipping fees and any other fee's/taxes required by other countries added, unless we note otherwise.
    5. Free Shipping only applies if you keep your unit. Please see returns section for more information. 
    6. Original shipping under $125 non refundable if you choose to return, see returns section.
    7. Any changes to shipping, recalls or reroutes that result in the incurred cost of an intercept fee are not included in the free shipping
    We will ship worldwide.
    • Orders outside of the USA and Canada, require you to call us to take the order by phone.  Shipping is charged. Any taxes or other fees applicable to your country will be your responsibility and collected at the border.

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will notify you with options. If your item(s) are not on back order, the order will move forward for shipping.

    Order Shipment:

    We try to accurately represent lead times for all of our manufacturers but these can sometimes take longer due to production runs and other circumstances as these are high end and specialized products. The following are guidelines provided by our manufacturers Ship out time from order date

    • Austin Air - Usually ships within 1 business day of order date.
    • Airfree  - Usually ships within 1-2 business days after order date.
    • Airpura - Usually ships within 2-4 business days after order date. 
    • Allerair - Usually ships within 1-3 days after order date. 
    • Amaircare Usually ships within 1-3 weeks after order date. *Some items delayed, please check product page under "add to cart button" for current updates.
    • Betterair -  Usually ships within 2-3 days after order date.
    • Blade - Usually ships within 3-5 business days after order date
    • Boneco / Envion Usually ships within 3-5 business days after order date
    • DH Lifelabs - Usually ships within 1-2 business days after order date
    • EnviroKleinz Usually ships within 2-5 business days after order date
    • Membrane Solutions usually ships within 5-7 business days 
    • Respiray usually ships within 1-2 business days
    • RedyPure usually ships within 5-7 business days 
    • Safe Air - usually ships within 1-3 business days
    • Simpure usually ships within 5-7 business days 
    • Solfixair - Usually ships within 5-7 business days from order date
    • uHoo - Usually ships within 1-3 business days from order date.
    • NOTE: Shipping times and delivery dates for any order are not guaranteed by the shipping companies. This includes regular ground economy and expedited orders. Once shipped, shipped shipping is non refundable. We do work hard to resolve these issues if they occur. 

    Shipping time is from 1-5 business days with ground economy shipping and dependent on shipping location. These are estimates and the shipping companies do not guarantee their delivery dates. We will send you tracking information via email as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer, sometimes this can be delayed. 

    Damages/Defects:

    We offer a 30-day exchange policy that is easy and hassle free for you in regards to receiving damaged or defective units. It is very important to keep your box (es) for the first 30 days. If we need to process an exchange of a defective or damaged item, you must use the original packaging.

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and serial number of unit/items to returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com along with the damages noted with the delivery signature immediately. We will process an exchange to an identical unit at no cost to you for pickup and reshipment. Some manufacturers may offer a partial refund if damage is minor and you want to keep your unit. 

    Certain manufacturers will require direct communication with you in regards to a defective unit to determine resolution, please contact us so we can provide you their direct contact information and any pertinent information you will need.

    Some manufacturer's require notice of damage/defects within specific time frames after delivery.

    *Specific manufacturer policies are outlined below that do not comply with the 30 day policy.  

    Problems With Delivery:

    • If we are unable to deliver to address for any reason such as issue with address provided by customer, recipient declines delivery, attempted delivery requiring signature and customer does not pick up from delivery service, etc, we will pass on all costs/fees associated with failed delivery. This includes
      • All return shipping costs
      • New reshipping costs to a corrected address
      • Failed delivery fees assessed by delivery company (includes refused delivery, unable to deliver, unable to obtain required signature, etc.)
      • We will attempt to contact you to resolve if we are notified by the delivery service before additional delivery service fees and costs are usually charged by delivery company. Unfortunately, in some cases UPS/Fedex will return packages without notifying us. For example when recipient at address declines delivery.
    • Lost / Stolen / Never Received
      • In the case that your package shows delivered, and you have checked the perimeter of your home and with neighbors, please contact us immediately to let us know.
      • We will escalate a ticket to the manufacturer immediately and have an investigation opened with the shipping carrier, which can take between 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer and can vary per situation).
      • We must allow the investigation to be completed and receive their findings before we can move towards a resolution.
      • If the investigation is completed and denied by the shipping carrier with proof that the package was delivered to the correct shipping address, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to file a claim with their homeowners insurance for stolen property and the order will not be replaced.

    Cancellation/Refunds:

    You may cancel your order at any time or for any reason as long as your item has not shipped yet. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling or emailing (see "contact us" page).

    • You can also submit a request using the contact form found on the "contact us" page. Make sure to put "Cancel My Order" + your Order # on first line of form in the message section of the form.  You can also email us at Returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with "Cancel My Order" & put the order # in the subject line. 
    • We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this since we deal with manufacturers and some orders will come direct from manufacturer. We process/ship your order in the fastest way possible either from our manufacturer or our warehouse.
    • If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both for shipping to you and return shipping back to us.
    • If you ordered a unit with a no return policy and it has already shipped, then you may not cancel/refund if it has shipped.
    • Any customized orders are non-refundable.
      • Some industrial units such as KwiKool or Electrocorp may have specific cancellation policies that differ from above. Please contact us with questions.
    • All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, with all shipping & handling changes and administration fee if applicable deducted. 

    Returns:

    Please make sure to keep your original box and packing material for 30 days from delivery date. If you need to return your product, it will facilitate a damage free return of your unit. Please check any manufacturer specific requirements/restrictions below. Returns must be in like new condition with no damage, in original packaging, with instructions and all accessories/inserts returned. If items returned are in less than new condition or missing original packaging, additional fees may be assessed. 

    If you order the wrong unit or filter, please contact us immediately to rectify. If the unit or filter has not already shipped, we will be happy to correct your order and process accordingly. If you do not realize you have ordered the incorrect unit or filter until you receive it and open it, it will be treated as an open box return and the below policies will apply per manufacturer (please note due to covid, certain manufacturers are not accepting returns of opened box items regardless of the reason). Please contact us for help facilitating the return and repurchase, as we will always try our hardest to work with you the best we can.

    Declining a delivery will be treated as an elective return.  So the shipping fee's both ways, manufacturer restocking fees, plus additional fees charged by shipper due declining your order will be deducted from your refund.  We suggest accepting your order, then coordinating return of your unit with us so as not to incur the additional shipper "decline" fees.

    **Please note that certain manufacturers have had to amend their return policies due to the Coronavirus. The safety of our customers, our staff and our manufacturers are our main priority. We appreciate your understanding.

      Allerair: (per item)

      • If box opened
        • Units - 25% restocking/processing fee off purchase price if in like new condition, and notified within 30 days of delivery date.
        • Filters - Due to Covid-19 restrictions, non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason
      • If box unopened
        • Units & Filters - No restocking/processing fee if notified within 15 days of delivery date.
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost.
      • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)
      • Warranty starts from day 1 of purchase. If unit arrives defective, Allerair will schedule a pick up of your unit for no cost. Unit will be returned to Allerair for inspection. If defect can be easily resolved, they will ship back unit to you same day it arrives. If defect cannot be resolved, they will ship new unit to you immediately.

      Airpura: (per item)

      • If box opened
        • Units - 25% restocking/processing fee off purchase price if in like new condition, and notified within 30 days of delivery date
        • Filters/Accessories - Due to Covid-19 restrictions, non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason
      • If box unopened 
        • Units & Filters - No restocking/processing fee if notified within 15 days of delivery date.
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost.
      • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

      Austin Air: (per item)

      • $25 restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost
      • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

      Betterair

      • Must notify us within 30 days of delivery date.
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost
      • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

      DH Lifelabs

      • Must notify us within 30 days of delivery date.
      • Units - No restock fee as long as unit has all original parts, accessories, paperwork & is in original box.
      • Filters - Unopened filters only. No returns on opened filters.
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost
      • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

      Enviroklenz

      • Units - No restocking/processing fee if in like new condition
      • Filters - $25 restocking / processing fee on filters/accessories
      • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost.
        • We can set up pickup for a $50 fee that is deducted from return or you can ship back yourself
        • *** There is a strict 30 day from order date (not delivery date) return policy.

        KwiKool

        • 25% restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
          • Must contact us to obtain approval from KwiKool prior to return authorization
        • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost. 
        • Must have original packaging and box, unit cannot be worn or used.
        • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

          Membrane Solutions, RedyPure & Simpure

          • 20% restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
          • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost. 
          • Must have original packaging and box, unit cannot be worn or used.
          • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

          Respiray

          • No restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
          • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost. 
          • Must have original packaging and box, unit cannot be worn or used.
          • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

          Safe Air Innovations

          • No restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
          • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost. 
          • Must have original packaging and box, unit cannot be worn or used.
          • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

          Solfixair: (per item)

          • 20% restocking/processing fee if notified within 30 days of delivery date.
          • You are responsible for shipping back at your own cost
          • Original shipping cost manufacturer to you will be deduct from refund (Shipping is only free if you keep your order)

            Amaircare, Airfree, Blade, Boneco, Envion, Electrocorp & uHoo

            • There is a strict no return policy once shipped.
            • We can only exchange for exact replacements due to damage or defective products if notified within 30 days.

            Returning products is easy.  Simply follow these instructions:

            1. Email us at returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with reason for return along with best way to reach you.  We will promptly contact you with a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
            2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return along with full shipping return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insuring for damage.
            3. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for your original purchase in accordance with our stated return policy plus manufacturer specific policies.
            4. All returned items, must be reviewed by manufacturer or us.  Once return is approved by manufacturer or us, we will credit your account minus any issues not specified when we inspect.  Such as scratches, etc. If they occurred during shipping, then you would need to handle them yourself with the company that you used for shipping via your insurance.
            5. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after receipt of return.
            6. Airpura returns can take up to 4-6 weeks after receipt of return.
