              Our No Tax offer only applies to deliveries to USA addresses. All other Countries will require applicable sales taxes and fees charged by those countries.

              From time to time TheAirPurifierStore.com offers free shipping. When we do, the free shipping applies to lower 48 US states and Canada only unless otherwise noted.  Free Shipping only applies to delivery locations accessible by economy ground transport. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states and Canada will have shipping fees and any other fee's/taxes required by other countries added.

              - We will ship worldwide. Orders outside of the USA and Canada, require you to call us to take the order by phone.  Shipping, taxes and fees applicable to your country will be provided in a quote.

              - Free Shipping is only applicable when you keep the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and for the original shipping cost to you.

              Order Confirmation:

              As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to assist in looking for alternative selections. If your item(s) are not on back order, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

              Order Shipment:

              If the product you ordered is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of your order.  Although most all of our items ship within 2-3 business days from the date of the order. Any customizations such as painting or custom configurations may take longer.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide to us when check out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Sales@TheAirPurifierStore.com

              Damages:

              Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com along with the damages noted with the delivery signature. We will process an exchange. Please see our Returns/Exchanges policy below.

              Problems With Delivery:

              • If we are unable to delivery to address for any reason such as address issue provided by customer, recipient declines delivery, attempled delivery requiring signature and customer does not pick up from delivery service, etc, we will pass on all costs/fees associated with failed delivery, including all return shipping costs, new reshipping costs to a corrected address, and failed delivery fees. We will attempt to contact you to resolve if we are notified by the delivery service before addtional delivery service fees and costs are charged by delivery company  But in some cases UPS/Fedex will return packages without notifiying us such as when recipient at address declined delivery.

              Exchanges:

              We offer a 30-day return policy that is easy and hassle free for you.

              If you find your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and cover all shipping costs to and from your location for the return and replacement with the exact same item. There may be additional return/exchange rules specific to manufacturer(s) of the product(s) you are purchasing. They are listed at the bottom of this page if so.

              Cancellation/Refunds:

              You may cancel your order at any time or for any reason.  If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling us (see "contact us" page) and request customer service. You can also submit a request using the contact form found on the "contact us" page. Make sure to put "Cancel My Order" + your Order # on first line of form in the message section of the form.  You can also email us at Returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with "Cancel My Order" & Order # in the subject line. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this since we deal with manufacturers and some orders will come direct from manufacturer. We process/ship your order in the fastest way possible, our manufacturer or our warehouse. If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both for shipping to you and return shipping back to us. If you ordered a unit with a no return policy and it has already shipped, then you may not cancel/refund if it has shipped. Any customized orders are non-refundable. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, with all shipping & handling changes and administration fee if applicable deducted. Free shipping for original order only applies if you keep your air purifier. 

              Returns:

              Please make sure to keep your original box and packing material for 30 days. If you need to return your product, it will faciliate a damage free return of your unit. Please check any manufacturer specific requirements/restrictions below. Returns must be in like new condition with no damage, in original packaging, with instructions and all accessories/inserts returned. If items returned are in less than new condition or missing original packaging, restocking fees will be assessed that are dependent on condition of the item returned and/or missing content. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

              Declining a delivery will be treated as an elective return.  So the shipping fee's both ways, mfg restocking fees, plus additional fees charged by shipper due declining your order will be deducted from your refund.  We suggest accepting your order, the coordinating return of your unit with us so as not to incur the additional shipper "decline" fees.

              Returning products is easy.  Simply follow these instructions:

              1. Email us at returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with reason for return along with best way to reach you.  We will promptly contact you with a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
              2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return along with full shipping return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insuring for damage.
              3. There is a minimum $25 Admin/restocking fee applicable to all returns.
              4. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for your original purchase in accordance with our stated return policy plus manufacturer specific policies. Free shipping only applies if you keep the product, so original shipping costs will be deducted from refund along with restocking fee.
              5. All returned items, must be reviewed by manufacturer.  Once return is approved by manufacturer, we will credt your account minus damages, restocking fees, shipping costs.
              • Most refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after recept of return.
              • Airpura can take up to 4-6 weeks after reciept of return.  
              • We appreciate your patience.

              • All above policies are in place. In addition there is a $25 restocking fee per unit ordered for return without an exchange. Example: if you order 2 Austin Air purifiers and return both within 30 days, there would be a $50 restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost recovery.

              • There is a no return policy with all these mfg products once they ship.  We can only exchange for exact replacement of damaged or defective products within the first 30 days.

                  Estimated Actual Shipping Time:

                  • Our Free Shipping is via standard ground shipping and takes approximately 2-5 business days of shipping time after your order ships depending on your location. These are estimates and can vary depending on weather and other issues outside of shippers control.
                  • Expedited orders are shipped out per your customized order delivery you purchased.
                    • NOTE: Please be aware UPS and Fedex do not guarantee shipments for expedited orders,as there are sometimes issues outside of thier control like weather. So expedited orders are non refundable.
                  • Once your unit ships out / leaves the manufacturer, shipping time is dependent on currier like UPS and Fedex. There estimates are accurate most of the time, but sometimes are impacted by weather and other conditions ourside of thier control.

                  Estimated Day Your Unit Ships

                  Generally most all orders will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. However, there are exceptions dependent on production runs and other circumstances by our manufactures as these are high end and specialized products. The following are guidelines provided by our manufacturers 

                  • Austin - Usually ships within 1 business day of order date.
                  • AirFree, Air Oasis, Boneco - Usually ships within 1-3 business days after order date.
                  • Airpura, Allerair usually ships out 3-10 business days after order date.
                  • Amaircare Commercial / Industrial Units, usually ships out 5-20 business days after order date
                  • Amaircare Other Units usuall ships out 2-6 business days after order date.
                  • EnviroKleinz - Usuall ships out 1-3 business days after order date
                  • Expedited orders are shipped out per your customized order delivery you purchased.
                  • Custom orders or special configurations are estimated to ship within 5-20 business days of order, unless we notify you otherwise

                  Q. Are the products we sell new and what is the warranty on them?
                  A.
                  We only sell NEW items on our websites unless clearly stated otherwise in a well defined clearance area that we are selling a returned item in perfectly new condition.  All new items come with the full manufacturer's warranties as stated on our product pages.

                  Q. When I opened my box, my air purifier was dirty with black substance all over it. Is my air purifier used?
                  A. 
                  We only sell brand new air purifiers. Your unit always leaves the manufacturer in brand new condition.  The black substance is carbon residue / dust. This is caused by the shipping company with the jostling of the carbon filter inside your air purifier by the shipping company during shipping. It happens very infrequently. Just take rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth and rub the surface. The carbon residue / dust will come right off your unit so that it is in the new condition just like it left the manufacturer in.

                  Q. How will I know if the item I ordered is on backorder or out of stock?
                  A.
                  We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a problem with your order or we discover the item is back ordered, you will receive an email with more information and options. 

                  Q. What are my options for placing an order?
                  A.

                  Q. Are expedited orders delivery days guaranteed?
                  A.
                  No. Unfortunately UPS and Fedex do not guarantee shipments for expedited orders. There are elements outside if thier control like weather that may impact the delivery day. So expedited orders are not guaranteed or refundable.

                  Q. My Austin Air Unit tag says it is an HM400 or HM200 but I ordered something else? 
                  A. 
                  The HM400 and HM200 are actually part #'s. Not model #'s.  The frame on each standard size unit is the same and will say HM400 on the tag no matter which standard size unit purchased and HM200 on the Jr model tag no matter which Jr unit purchased. The models are the name on the front label of the unit. For standard size units, the models are the Healthmate, Healthmate Plus, Bedroom Machine, or Allergy Machine. For Jr size units, the models are Healthmate Jr, Healthmate Jr Plus, Allergy Machine Jr, or Baby Air Purifier. You can make sure you have the correct filters for the model you ordered by opening the filter access door on the bottom of your unit.  The filter type corresponding to your model name on the label and will be visible on the edge of the filters. We use the part #'s in our descriptions and titles because many people associate those with the models. 

                  Q. What are our shipping charges/methods?
                  A.
                  When we have a free shipping special, it only applies to orders within the contiguous U.S (the lower 48 states) and Canada, unless noted otherwise for specialty items on the ordering documents. We always use the least expensive shipping method between Fedex, UPS, US Postal, or freight. If you would like expedited shipping or if you are ordering outside of the lower 48 states and Canada please Contract Us for a shipping quote. We will provide the shipping costs and any other associated fee's as part of your quote. See our "Shipping & Returns" page for more information.

                    If we are aware of a potential delay in shipping for an item due to seasonal demand, we will indicate the known shipping delay time on the product page or indicate "Contact Us for Availability" above the product price. Most of our items will ship within one or three business days.

                    Q. Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
                    A.
                     There is no sales tax for your order for US orders.  If we ship to a California address and you order a product that is shipped directly by a California manufacturer or from a warehouse in California, we are required to collect California sales tax for that product.

                    Q. Why does my unit have smells when I first get it? 
                    A.
                     Some customers will can smell carbon. Others do not depending on smell sensitivies. Some customers report that they smell it when they recieve the unit. Most customers report that they no longer smell it after a few days. A very small set of customers with very sensitive smells may smell it past the first week. Coconut Shell blend carbons have sometimes been described as a light buttery smell associated with popping popcorn.  Patassium Permanganate and Potassium Iodide will sometimes have smells associated with it, but as indicated most all customers report no longer smelling after the unit break phase, unless they have very sensitive smell.

                    Q. I seem to react to the carbon. Why is that?
                    A. 
                    In a very small number of individuals, it has been reported that they have reactions like coughing, etc. Per mfgs this is related to the either the coconut shell blend in the carbon, potassium iodide, or potassium permanganate. While all of these things are over the counter items. Just like any thing else, reactions to these and other things are individual.  Give us a call to discuss if you have any questions at all.

                    Q. How do I cancel or change my order?

                                The following are the processes associated with shipping and delivering your product to you. We'll be glad to answer any questions you have.

                                Our No Tax offer only applies to deliveries to USA addresses. All other Countries will require applicable sales taxes and fees charged by those countries.

                                * Free Shipping Guarantee:

                                From time to time TheAirPurifierStore.com offers free shipping. When we do, the free shipping applies to lower 48 US states and Canada only unless otherwise noted.  Free Shipping only applies to delivery locations accessible by economy ground transport. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states and Canada will have shipping fees and any other fee's/taxes required by other countries added.

                                - We will ship worldwide. Orders outside of the USA and Canada, require you to call us to take the order by phone.  Shipping, taxes and fees applicable to your country will be provided in a quote.

                                - Free Shipping is only applicable when you keep the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and for the original shipping cost to you.

                                Order Confirmation:

                                As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to assist in looking for alternative selections. If your item(s) are not on back order, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

                                Order Shipment:

                                If the product you ordered is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of your order.  Although most all of our items ship within 2-3 business days from the date of the order. Any customizations such as painting or custom configurations may take longer.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide to us when check out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Sales@TheAirPurifierStore.com

                                Damages:

                                Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com along with the damages noted with the delivery signature. We will process an exchange. Please see our Returns/Exchanges policy below.

                                Problems With Delivery:

                                • If we are unable to delivery to address for any reason such as address issue provided by customer, recipient declines delivery, attempled delivery requiring signature and customer does not pick up from delivery service, etc, we will pass on all costs/fees associated with failed delivery, including all return shipping costs, new reshipping costs to a corrected address, and failed delivery fees. We will attempt to contact you to resolve if we are notified by the delivery service before addtional delivery service fees and costs are charged by delivery company  But in some cases UPS/Fedex will return packages without notifiying us such as when recipient at address declined delivery.

                                Exchanges:

                                We offer a 30-day return policy that is easy and hassle free for you.

                                If you find your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and cover all shipping costs to and from your location for the return and replacement with the exact same item. There may be additional return/exchange rules specific to manufacturer(s) of the product(s) you are purchasing. They are listed at the bottom of this page if so.

                                Cancellation/Refunds:

                                You may cancel your order at any time or for any reason.  If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling us (see "contact us" page) and request customer service. You can also submit a request using the contact form found on the "contact us" page. Make sure to put "Cancel My Order" + your Order # on first line of form in the message section of the form.  You can also email us at Returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with "Cancel My Order" & Order # in the subject line. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this since we deal with manufacturers and some orders will come direct from manufacturer. We process/ship your order in the fastest way possible, our manufacturer or our warehouse. If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both for shipping to you and return shipping back to us. If you ordered a unit with a no return policy and it has already shipped, then you may not cancel/refund if it has shipped. Any customized orders are non-refundable. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, with all shipping & handling changes and administration fee if applicable deducted. Free shipping for original order only applies if you keep your air purifier. 

                                Returns:

                                Please make sure to keep your original box and packing material for 30 days. If you need to return your product, it will faciliate a damage free return of your unit. Please check any manufacturer specific requirements/restrictions below. Returns must be in like new condition with no damage, in original packaging, with instructions and all accessories/inserts returned. If items returned are in less than new condition or missing original packaging, restocking fees will be assessed that are dependent on condition of the item returned and/or missing content. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

                                Declining a delivery will be treated as an elective return.  So the shipping fee's both ways, mfg restocking fees, plus additional fees charged by shipper due declining your order will be deducted from your refund.  We suggest accepting your order, the coordinating return of your unit with us so as not to incur the additional shipper "decline" fees.

                                Returning products is easy.  Simply follow these instructions:

                                1. Email us at returns@TheAirPurifierStore.com with reason for return along with best way to reach you.  We will promptly contact you with a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
                                2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return along with full shipping return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insuring for damage.
                                3. There is a minimum $25 Admin/restocking fee applicable to all returns.
                                4. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for your original purchase in accordance with our stated return policy plus manufacturer specific policies. Free shipping only applies if you keep the product, so original shipping costs will be deducted from refund along with restocking fee.
                                5. All returned items, must be reviewed by manufacturer.  Once return is approved by manufacturer, we will credt your account minus damages, restocking fees, shipping costs.
                                • Most refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after recept of return.
                                • Airpura can take up to 4-6 weeks after reciept of return.

                                Austin Air:

                                • All above policies are in place. In addition there is a $25 restocking fee per unit ordered for return without an exchange. Example: if you order 2 Austin Air purifiers and return both within 30 days, there would be a $50 restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost recovery.

                                Amaircare, Airfree, Boneco, Electrocorp

                                • There is a no return policy with all these mfg products once they ship.  We can only exchange for exact replacement of damaged or defective products within the first 30 days.

                                    Estimated Actual Shipping Time:

                                    • Our Free Shipping is via standard ground shipping and takes approximately 2-5 business days of shipping time after your order ships depending on your location. These are estimates and can vary depending on weather and other issues outside of shippers control.
                                    • Expedited orders are shipped out per your customized order delivery you purchased.
                                      • NOTE: Please be aware UPS and Fedex do not guarantee shipments for expedited orders,as there are sometimes issues outside of thier control like weather. So expedited orders are non refundable.
                                    • Once your unit ships out / leaves the manufacturer, shipping time is dependent on currier like UPS and Fedex. There estimates are accurate most of the time, but sometimes are impacted by weather and other conditions ourside of thier control.

                                    Estimated Day Your Unit Ships

                                    Generally most all orders will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. However, there are exceptions dependent on production runs and other circumstances by our manufactures as these are high end and specialized products. The following are guidelines provided by our manufacturers 

                                    • Austin - Usually ships within 1 business day of order date.
                                    • AirFree, Air Oasis, Boneco - Usually ships within 1-3 business days after order date.
                                    • Airpura, Allerair usually ships out 3-10 business days after order date.
                                    • Amaircare Commercial / Industrial Units, usually ships out 5-20 business days after order date
                                    • Amaircare Other Units usuall ships out 2-6 business days after order date.
                                    • EnviroKleinz - Usuall ships out 1-3 business days after order date
                                    • Expedited orders are shipped out per your customized order delivery you purchased.
                                    • Custom orders or special configurations are estimated to ship within 5-20 business days of order, unless we notify you otherwise

                                    We will notify you if your order is projected to ship later than the above estimated timeframes for your order.

                                    The Air Purifier Store's Price Guarantee

                                    At the Air Purifier Store, we work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within ninety (90) days of your original purchase date from us please let us know.  We will refund the difference between your original purchase price from us and the lower priced item you find. We want you to feel 100% confident that you are getting the absolute best price on the internet for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 6 months of your original purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.

                                    To request your refund of the price difference for a competitor's exact same product simply e-mail us a link to the same product where you found a lower priced item that you purchased from our website, within 90 days of your purchase. For a product that you find on our site that is priced lowered than your original purchase price, simply email us the URL from our site of the identical product that you ordered from our site within 6 months of your purchase date.  In either case, we will cheerfully process your credit.

                                    The following are the eligibility requirements. In order to qualify for our 100% Price Guarantee:

                                    • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
                                    • Promotions such as rebates, discount coupons, and buy one-get one free offers are not eligible.
                                    • The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
                                    • Must be exact product model match. Some lower cost deals are for older models that may look the same but have less functionality or performance.
                                    • The competitor must be an online only store. They cannot have a retail location.
                                    • The website cannot be a clearance discounter website. Discounter website examples are Amazon, Jet.com, Walmart Market Place, Overstock. 
                                      • Products and Models sold below mfg required pricing to be an authorized dealer are almost always sold by a non authorized dealer. You risk mfg not recognizing the warranty. You should call the mfg before purchasing from these sources.
                                      • Many times products sold on these sites are by non authorized dealers that bought stock from a company going out of business and reselling on these sites. So are likely older models, refurbished products, or returns that have been resealed in boxes and resold as new.  Just beware.

                                      • Auction prices are variable so not eligible as well.
                                    • The compeitior must be an Authorized Distributor/Retailer for the product in question.

                                    Q. How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped? 

                                    A. We provide an email notifying you of shipment with a tracking number, so you can track the status by clicking the link. You can also vist the UPS or FedEx site directly to track using the tracking number we provide.

                                    Q. Are all products on this site available in all countries? 

                                    A. No.  Currently Boneco and Airfree are only available in the USA.

                                    Q. Is free shipping and sales/discount coupons available to all countries.

                                    A. No. Sales/Discount Coupons & Free shipping are only available in the lower 48 states of the USA and Canada, unless otherwise noted. Shipping to countries outside of Canada and the lower USA's 48 states will be calculated and confirmed with you before finalizing transaction.

                                    Q. Are the products we sell new and what is the warranty on them?
                                    A.
                                    We only sell NEW items on our websites unless clearly stated otherwise in a well defined clearance area that we are selling a returned item in perfectly new condition.  All new items come with the full manufacturer's warranties as stated on our product pages.

                                    Q. When I opened my box, my air purifier was dirty with black substance all over it. Is my air purifier used?
                                    A. 
                                    We only sell brand new air purifiers. Your unit always leaves the manufacturer in brand new condition.  The black substance is carbon residue / dust. This is caused by the shipping company with the jostling of the carbon filter inside your air purifier by the shipping company during shipping. It happens very infrequently. Just take rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth and rub the surface. The carbon residue / dust will come right off your unit so that it is in the new condition just like it left the manufacturer in.

                                    Q. How will I know if the item I ordered is on backorder or out of stock?
                                    A.
                                    We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a problem with your order or we discover the item is back ordered, you will receive an email with more information and options. 

                                    Q. What are my options for placing an order?
                                    A.

                                    Q. Are expedited orders delivery days guaranteed?
                                    A.
                                    No. Unfortunately UPS and Fedex do not guarantee shipments for expedited orders. There are elements outside if thier control like weather that may impact the delivery day. So expedited orders are not guaranteed or refundable.

                                    Q. My Austin Air Unit tag says it is an HM400 or HM200 but I ordered something else? 
                                    A. 
                                    The HM400 and HM200 are actually part #'s. Not model #'s.  The frame on each standard size unit is the same and will say HM400 on the tag no matter which standard size unit purchased and HM200 on the Jr model tag no matter which Jr unit purchased. The models are the name on the front label of the unit. For standard size units, the models are the Healthmate, Healthmate Plus, Bedroom Machine, or Allergy Machine. For Jr size units, the models are Healthmate Jr, Healthmate Jr Plus, Allergy Machine Jr, or Baby Air Purifier. You can make sure you have the correct filters for the model you ordered by opening the filter access door on the bottom of your unit.  The filter type corresponding to your model name on the label and will be visible on the edge of the filters. We use the part #'s in our descriptions and titles because many people associate those with the models. 

                                    Q. What are our shipping charges/methods?
                                    A.
                                    When we have a free shipping special, it only applies to orders within the contiguous U.S (the lower 48 states) and Canada, unless noted otherwise for specialty items on the ordering documents. We always use the least expensive shipping method between Fedex, UPS, US Postal, or freight. If you would like expedited shipping or if you are ordering outside of the lower 48 states and Canada please Contract Us for a shipping quote. We will provide the shipping costs and any other associated fee's as part of your quote. See our "Shipping & Returns" page for more information.

                                    All expedited shipping options require you to Contract Us for a quote.

                                      If we are aware of a potential delay in shipping for an item due to seasonal demand, we will indicate the known shipping delay time on the product page or indicate "Contact Us for Availability" above the product price. Most of our items will ship within one or three business days.

                                      Q. Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
                                      A.
                                       There is no sales tax for your order for US orders.  If we ship to a California address and you order a product that is shipped directly by a California manufacturer or from a warehouse in California, we are required to collect California sales tax for that product.

                                      Q. Why does my unit have smells when I first get it? 
                                      A.
                                       Some customers will can smell carbon. Others do not depending on smell sensitivies. Some customers report that they smell it when they recieve the unit. Most customers report that they no longer smell it after a few days. A very small set of customers with very sensitive smells may smell it past the first week. Coconut Shell blend carbons have sometimes been described as a light buttery smell associated with popping popcorn.  Patassium Permanganate and Potassium Iodide will sometimes have smells associated with it, but as indicated most all customers report no longer smelling after the unit break phase, unless they have very sensitive smell.

                                      Q. I seem to react to the carbon. Why is that?
                                      A. 
                                      In a very small number of individuals, it has been reported that they have reactions like coughing, etc. Per mfgs this is related to the either the coconut shell blend in the carbon, potassium iodide, or potassium permanganate. While all of these things are over the counter items. Just like any thing else, reactions to these and other things are individual.  Give us a call to discuss if you have any questions at all.

                                      Q. How do I cancel or change my order?
                                      A.
                                      As long as your order has not yet been shipped, the order will be cancelled per your request with no additional charge to you. See our "Shipping & Returns" page for more information.
